A Hidden Gem on Oak Creek
Pitchner Place is a modern 2-bedroom guest house tucked into our 2.6-acre creekfront property in Cornville. Built with natural materials and designed around the landscape, every window frames a different view of the Verde Valley.
The open-concept living space flows from the full kitchen to the dining area and out onto a covered deck overlooking the creek. The primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the surrounding hills.

The Property
Our 2.6-acre property sits along Oak Creek in the heart of the Verde Valley. You’re 25 minutes from Sedona’s red rocks, 10 minutes from the wine trail, and a world away from the noise. Deer, javelina, and river otters are regular visitors.
Both Pitchner Place and our main house, Tu’nlii House, share the grounds — but each has its own private entrance, parking, indoor spaces, and outdoor space. They share a wall, but that’s all they share.
Amenities
Pet Policy
Dogs welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be supervised at all times and kept off all furniture — a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found on furniture. Guests must sign our pet policy agreement at booking. Aggressive breeds not permitted.
