Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via Hostfully, our property management system.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy matches the terms configured across all our booking platforms:

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Minimum Stay

Both properties require a minimum 2-night stay. Holiday and peak-season minimums may be longer.

House Rules

  • No smoking on the property
  • No parties or events without prior approval
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected
  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at both properties with a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be supervised at all times and kept off furniture. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Liability

Oak Creek Retreat is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay. Guests use outdoor amenities (creek access, hot tub, fire pit) at their own risk. Swimming in Oak Creek is seasonal and unmonitored.

Property Care

Our properties are maintained to a high standard. We ask that you treat them with care. Any damage should be reported promptly. A security deposit or damage waiver may apply to your booking.
