The Main House
Tu’nlii House — Apache for “river” — is the main residence on our 2.6-acre creekfront property. With soaring vaulted ceilings, a live-edge dining table, and walls of windows overlooking the Verde Valley, it’s the kind of place where you forget to check your phone.
The great room anchors the home with a modern chandelier, leather sofa, and a workspace nook that looks out over the trees. The gourmet kitchen flows into a dining area that seats 8 — perfect for family dinners or a wine tasting spread after a day on the Verde Valley trail.

Every guest discovers it. Behind what looks like a built-in bookshelf is a hidden door that opens into a cozy movie room. Kids lose their minds. Adults pretend they don’t.

The Property
Our 2.6-acre property sits along Oak Creek in Cornville, Arizona. You’re 25 minutes from Sedona, 10 minutes from Verde Valley wineries, and surrounded by high desert beauty. The creek runs along the back of the property — follow the path down for access.
Tu’nlii House and Pitchner Place share the grounds but each has private entrances, parking, indoor spaces, and outdoor spaces. They share a wall, but that’s all they share — everything else is completely separate.
Amenities
Pet Policy
Dogs welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be supervised at all times and kept off all furniture — a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found on furniture. Guests must sign our pet policy agreement at booking. Aggressive breeds not permitted.
